From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days

My expectations were far exceeded with this style. Myself and my two children had a river view family room which was a great size and had a lovely view. The breakfast was better than average for a very responsible price and kids ate free! The location is exceptional and had parking. We could walk to Shakespeare's birthplace in 5 mins or less. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was central to places we wanted to visit. The area seemed safe and the property was secure. Parking was available which was helpful in a town where parking places are at a premium. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Everything seemed modern and fairly new.

We stayed in a room that had a shower over the bath, quite a step to get out, we feel a bath mat should be provided. The towels are lovely and big, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows need replacing. Nice place to stay as it’s an easy walk into town. Yes we would stay here again.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Teppich hat mal wieder gründlich saugen nötig. Frühstück sehr einfach und einfallslos. Die Lage ist super. 5 min bis zur Fußgängerzone. Personal war OK. Dinner Deal war nicht der Hit aber OK. Parkplatz kostet 8£/24h und war OK.

とても静かで落ち着けるホテルでした。今回は観光ではなかったのですが、メイン通りやショッピングセンターに行くにも便利な場所でした。唯一バスルームの排水に時間がかかるのが気になりました。スタッフの方々は笑顔で感じがとても良かったです。

Pagamos desayuno pero no había cola cao ni chocolate solo café y té.me pregunto que desayunan aquí los niños…mi hija no pudo desayunar y el personal tampoco facilitó mucho el tema… la verdad es que No había mucha variedad de desayunos. La habitación moderna bien equipada limpia y calentita. El hotel esta bastante bien y el precio también
