"All very good, but here are some observations. Not well advertised is a daily parking fee, but for Bonvoy club members and/or Mayo Clinic patients it seems to be often waived. Just be aware that the fee does exist. At multiple visits over a few months it was noted that the very good cleaning/sanitizing mopping of the floor immediately adjacent to the breakfast eating area started about 1/2 to one hour before breakfast service was over, sending a strong industrial chemical odor wafting over...

"Bar and kitchen staff were phenomenal! Tge hotel wax sold out the week were there and the kitchen and bar team were always courteous and helpful! The only things that were minimal issues were that the elevators always smelled really stale and you could tell the bathtub had been refinished because the respray was deteriorating."
