"Everything was pretty good. Especially location. The parking was a mess even though it was free there was an event at the convention center and we had to park on the 3rd floor- their elevators were undergoing some maintenance and were out of service. Had to come down 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Other than that, good location, decently clean rooms, good breakfast. Bed was a bit hard, no vent in the bathroom."

"The River Inn was exactly what we were looking for! Well situated with a three-minute drive to the Park entrance, It was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, and the check in with Jay was easy and he was lovely and helpful. There is a deli next door called Totem with food and all the amenities you need for the day. No complaints. It was a wonderful overnight trip."

"Some bath towels have visible black stains. AC unit is loud. Room we stayed is a bit old with some minimum updates. There is a gap at he bottom of door making it a leaky room. Breakfast coffee is strong and bitter. All in all, the hotel is average at best considering there isn't much option near the park."

"The propery is in a good lacation. Unfortunately, the property is poorly maintain and the night staff was very argumentative. The second day the keycard was deactivated and the night staff kept blaiming me and kept telling me what I should have done and how it was not his falt the the card was deactivagted. I had to endure all this to get my card reactivated."
