"We love the treehouse. A creative use of space such that a person has everything one could possibly need. A wonderful bbq (top of the line) on the deck adds to the amenities. We love the downstairs outside area. It's super comfortable. Good comfortable bed. Fans, heat and A/C which we didn't need in early June, but is there if needed. Great hosts. We enjoy staying every year."

"I stayed here while my wife was looking after teenage girls at a camp nearby. My stay was excellent. Cindy was very accommodating and the room was large and well appointed. "My good friend and I had a little getaway to celebrate her birthday, with plans to hike in the Tomto natural bridge park in Pine az. We stayed in the Ponderosa room at the Beeline guest house. Cyndi greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. She upgraded our room free of charge. The place was very clean, and comfortable. We l enjoyed the porches, fire pit and horses on the property. We would definitely recommend this place while visiting the area!"

"Lovely place for a solo traveler or perhaps a couple. The deck is the perfect place to spend mornings while enjoying a cup of your favorite brew or in the evenings as the sun sets and stars fill the sky. The old cottonwood tree makes you feel like you are in a treehouse. The rental had everything I needed and then some. Just bring food and your clothes. The access to the river is so easy as well and the neighborhood is great for walking. I highly recommend."
