"Couldn’t find my reservation. Had to get the manager. Didn’t have the view room I’d paid for. Put me down a flight of stairs even after explaining I had health restrictions that made stairs difficult. Gave me a complimentary breakfast to ease the difficulties. Had 3 spiders in the room and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. "

"the room was clean and staff were helpful. spa was cold. pool was nice and BBQ was good toand easy to use with seating available next to it to have meals."

"If you want a clean place to crash at night, then this place is great. Middle of the road Motel."

"We enjoy coming with our grandchildren but we didn’t like some of the changes with the pool and play area. Some of the staff weren’t in the same page and it caused a lot of confusion. This is our third time coming with the grandkids and we really was hoping for the last two experiences. We understand that things change, but it is nice to know ahead of time instead of being told different things once we come."

"We arrived earlier than the check-in time and since our room was ready, they allowed us to check in. That is greatly appreciated. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay and we were able to go to the Lake first thing in the morning avoiding the rush and multitude of vacation goers fighting for a parking spot. Thank you for a great stay."

"Small cabin, clean, private, just a little bit worn down. Everything was ok, really, but not more than that. Lacking attention to details or personal touch. Feels like the minimal effort to meet the spec. All minor things but we will most likely not come back. You get some tea bags, but no kettle to boil water. Two cups but only one spoon in the kitchen. Shad in the bedroom is broken privacy is less of an issue since it's a backyard facing window but morning sun is. They provide no...
