"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "

"Zero internet. No point staying. Had to go out all the time, couldn’t work there, couldn’t watch anything online, couldn’t call family etc - and zero response from the staff. Total waste of money. "

"The property is maybe 3 stars and in need of maintenance. No kettle or fridge in the room. The staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was average and not included - 15 euros pp. "
