"The property is in a good location to get public transit and close to amenities. There is a great restaurant just a 3min walk and it was so good. The house was dirty, very visibly dirty, there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom. There was broken furniture in the hallway and the banister was broken but held together by string so people can't fall through. The kitchen had food left on the stove top and dishes throughout the common areas. The bathrooms had overflowing garbages and...

"Apartment was old and found few issues like Ants in apartment and some of issues like TV remote not working & bathroom pipe has minor leak. Now usually we don't check but it does not have Air condition and during summer it was bit difficult to manage. overall apartment location near by but its quite old flat and where we got apartment, there was another apartment on that floor which looks like construction site and lot of dust."

"Very bad. Dirty and this is the bed mattress. Sheets full of dirt in all the rooms. Owner does not care and said ‘as long as the sheet on top of the mattress is clean’ it doesn’t matter. "
