"When i got there, they couldn't find my reservation. They had my name spelled wrong. The young lady that was at the desk was very helpful and courteous. She helped with calling hotels. Com and got the reservation number and got everything straighten out. The hospitality industry needs more young ladies like her. I believe that her name was Asia."
