"The property was centrally located which was brilliant. Most of the sites we were walkable to and the metro was only about five minutes away. The staff were all really friendly and helpful on the reception and at breakfast. When we arrived we were given a leaflet with recommenced restaurants and a foldable map which was really helpful. At breakfast each day there was a great selection and we could order freshly cooked foods. On arrival we had a bottle of wine, there were robes, slippers an umbrella and I especially liked the shower. The view was really good too. In the breakfast room there was also tea and coffee available all day with some snacks like fruit which was great. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Vienna it was well worth the money."

"The Ruby Lissi Hotel was quiet and well situated very close to a metro stop, as well as an airport bus route (which was a great deal!). It was also walkable to the cathedral square and in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. We did not have any meals there so I can't speak to the restaurant. "

"This is a traditional, elegant, discreet hotel. It has a superb location. Lighting is excellent. Many outlets for charging phones, etc. and very? Very quiet. Note: for those traveling lightly, this hotel is around the corner from the U3 Herrengasse stop making it incredibly easy to take the CAT airport train to the city and then transferring to the U3. There is no faster, easier way (and much, much cheaper than a taxi). "
