"We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. 5 stars all around."
