"Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety. Hotel was a little difficult to locate as you can drive in a pedestrian zone to get to it for easy unloading/loading. Code is needed in later day to access pedestrian zone. The sign for hotel was quite small with small lettering. A member of our group had to walk around the area to find it while we waited in our car in the very busy pedestrian zone. Parking garage easily accessible down a few blocks from hotel. "

"We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was perfect…clean, comfortable, quiet. Location to train station and all buses can’t be beat. Price was also very reasonable."

The one thing that made our stay outstanding was the customer service provided by Anna during our check in and during our stay. She was the gold standard of customer service. Bravo! "The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. A fan was provided which helped a little. "

"Nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and parking is not on site but close, which makes it a bit inconvenient with luggage. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Would stay again. "

"Enjoyed the lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Although I didn’t use it, the room had a coffee machine and complimentary pods to use. It was only a one night stay, the staff were pleasant but didn’t explore the hotel beyond my room. There’s a mall close by with places to eat and supermarkets too. About a 15 min walk to the airport too, no need for shuttles taxis etc. Great place. "

She gave us excellent advice on where to eat how to get to certain places and most of all was extremely helpful getting us the right room for our needs.
