Had no issues staying. Staff have been brillant. Only issue i would have is there is no lift. We were in a family room upstairs, which doesnt make sense with no lift. While we were there a poor family with luggage and a buggy were struggling to go ip the stairs. I have mobility issues. I struggled ...

Although we didn’t meet our host in person Ioan was always available to talk, very welcoming and answered any questions promptly.
