There was no lift , we had to walk 3 fights of steps with luggage, very noisy at night , pillows were either lumpy or think and hard , no milk provided , rooms were clean but basic"

"Great location, in walking distance from main parts of city. The only transport we used was Bolt from airport and back. Very clean. Has everything you need. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Only one fault was the mattress in our room was rock hard, we found it very difficult to sleep on. (Room 57). Friends recently stayed there in a different style room and said no issue with theirs. Other than that we would stay again but in a different type of room."
