Welcome to Resort Villa Sophia, our oceanfront beach condo with two bedrooms/two baths in Stuart, FL. On Hutchinson Island, we offer guests:
-Oceanfront primary king bedroom with ensuite bath, smart tv, ocean views.
-New walk-in shower with custom tile and vanity with quartz countertop.
-Fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kitchen essentials. Even the kitchen sink has ocean views!
-Private beach boardwalks. Beach chairs, boogie board, beverage cooler, and sand toys included for guest use.
-Dedicated workspace with desk and ergonomic office chair to work remote.
-Keyless entry with door code for easy self check in. No keys to pick up.
-Smart home with 3 smart tvs, smart thermostat, smart lock, free high-speed wireless internet, and cable.
-Heated pool with lounge chairs, gas grills, outdoor shower and pool bath.
-Building elevator.
-Free parking in private lot. Our beach is quieter, as the public is not allowed to use our parking lot or boardwalk.
-Large double balcony with outdoor dining for four, plus lounger to sunbathe, read, relax or enjoy the sunrise.
-Guest bedroom with twin beds plus smart TV. For added privacy, a pocket door encloses the guest bedroom and bath.
-Open living floor plan with extra large sliders to the balcony. Comfortable seating, recliner and dining table for meals at home.
-Groceries at Publix Supermarket minutes away. Gas station nearby.
-Sunny southeast exposure for morning sun, afternoon shade and endless sunrises over the Atlantic.
-Located on second floor (the third level), above ground floor entry and first floor condos.
-Enhanced cleaning, including disinfectant and contactless check in.

About Our Community

Resort Villa Sophia is located at the Indian River Plantation, a resort community on the Atlantic Ocean in Stuart, Florida. Friendly downtown Stuart is 10 minutes away. Named “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” by Coastal Living, Stuart has a charming Old Florida feel with historic downtown, riverwalk, shops and restaurants.

West Palm Beach Airport is a 45-minute drive. Fort Lauderdale and Orlando airports are 1.5-2 hours away.

Thank you for considering a Veteran-owned property (US Navy). We are Florida residents, originally from Minnesota. We have loved Stuart, its charm and beaches since we first visited. We hope you will, too.

Most relaxing vacation in a long time!

My family loved our stay there. It was so clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The views were amazing and the beach was so quiet and relaxing. Lots of nice restaurants around. Overall it was a great place to stay, especially for families that just want quiet time and a space to relax in.

Great location!

We were very impressed with the interior decor and cleanliness of the entire condo. The view from the balcony was quite nice overlooking the dunes and out to the ocean. Our hosts thought of everything. I should also mention that this unit has two bathrooms, which we very much appreciated. I will definitely be back if it is available.

Easter Getaway

Came in for 4 nights. Have been to the area before and even stayed in the same complex. The location to the beach couldnt be any closer. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand away and all of the beach equipment was provided. Mornings are perfect for walking and overall you are close to groceries and a variety of really good places to eat, especially Ital Bowls!

Great views from the balcony!

We enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. There was easy beach access and chairs and umbrellas for our beach trips. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Stores and restaurants nearby made for a great vacation!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a large balcony so we could have coffee and enjoy our ocean view.We would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, well stocked and the communication with the owner was very good. She had a lot of great suggestions in a book. The location is great. The beach is really close. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Hutchinson Island Condo with beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view from the balcony and master bed room is very beautiful. The condo was just as described and perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. We would love to rent this condo again next year.

Another great visit

Perfect Girls’ Trip

We had the best time while staying at Villa Sophia. The location was amazing, the shells were plentiful, the water was simply gorgeous. We basically had the beach to ourselves each day. The owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely come back!

Best Place To Stay on the Island

Love this condo! Decorated very cute with everything we need. The views are breathtaking! The location is perfect, away from it all, but not far from it all! We stayed with our 3 girls ages 7,14,16 and had plenty of room. This is a great family spot. Can't wait to come back.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach!

Villa Sophia is truly a perfect place to enjoy the beach. It's a very short walk over the dune to a beautiful expanse of beach! Villa Sophia was very clean and organized, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for the family and the view out the balcony was perfect! If we are back in this area again, we would stay at Villa Sophia in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice condo in a beautiful spot! right on the beach but not far from downtown (for shopping, restaurants etc); and the Publix was right there...that was super convenient. Susan was helpful and responsive; hope we can go back someday.

Fun in the Surf and Sun

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's lovely condo. It has such a warm homey feel, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The condo has everything you need to have a restful and fun week at the beach. Susan was great about checking in to be sure we had what we needed too. We have stayed before and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again soon.
