"Convenient shuttle to the airport every 30 min, 24/7. Room was clean and comfortable. We had issues in the drop off since the drop off was closed, we tried going in the parking to bring the bags down but could not get in."

"Room was nice and clean. Comfy pillows and bed, plenty of lighting, lots of storage options. Easy to use thermostat, so the temperature was always perfect. Majority of the staff I interacted with were very friendly, especially the lady working the restaurant & bar in the evenings. Food at the restaurant is actually delicious, so I'm a bit shocked that the hotel doesn't promote it more. No menus online, no reviews. A shame, because their cook is doing a fantastic job. I had the salmon, and it was fantastic. Can't comment on the breakfast, as I generally skip it. One other criticism: there is no signage or information about where guest drop-off/pick-up should be. You'd think it'd be right in front of the hotel's main entrance, but this is apparently a "non-loading zone." The lady at the front desk came outside and yelled at us as we were getting into our Uber. I saw multiple guests picking up/dropping off here during my stay, so it didn't occur to me that this was not allowed. And if this is indeed a no stopping zone, I guarantee that their airport shuttle, which stops in the same exact spot, isn't following the law either. Management needs to figure out a way to indicate where drop-off/pick-up should occur: post signage outside, place the information on the hotel's website, inform guests when they check in. Be proactive so we can safely arrive/depart. Overall though, I had a very good stay. Shoutout again to housekeeping and restaurant staff. They deserve raises."

"Very friendly staff, the room was clean. I would have liked a coffee/hot water machine in the room however the microwave and fridge was very nice to have for a week stay. Aircon and shower all worked lovely. The breakfast bits in reception was a nice trial they were doing. The location was perfect and easy to book uber and Waymo from."
