We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed it max. The service is on top and they have focus on all the small thing which make you feel welcome and special. Food is excellent and so is the staff - always friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about at all. We will be back and can highly recommend for a late summer vacation.

This is our 4th time staying in the Zillertal Valley and we finally hit the jackpot!! This hotel is up on the hill and has amazing views of the hillside across the way and it has its own lovely waterfall. We stayed in the newer addition and the room was excellent. Large/roomy, nice balcony with a view, great shower. The breakfasts were very good and the restaurant where we had dinner 3 out of 4 nights was excellent. If you like a spa/sauna they have an amazing one on the top floor in addition to an outdoor and an indoor relaxing room with great views. There is also ample parking which is not always the case in that area. It was very quiet and relaxing yet close enough to town to try other restaurants on the 2 nights their restaurant was closed. The owner Melanie was so friendly and helpful with suggestions for anything we asked her. She arranged for an electric bike to be delivered for my husband to ride the next day so we didn’t have to go pick it up for a reasonable price. This hotel has been in the family for several generations and gone through several changes. Right now we think it is perfect!!
