The luxury room was amazing! Tiki bar was fun and food was also good :) boyfriend and I went down the road to the crate (sushi place) and that was good too!! Great spot to go to just to get a little vacation. Will definitely be back!!

Property is older but we knew that. Very clean and comfortable bed. The walls are thin and unfortunately had to experience drunk people making a ruckus in the halls from 1- 3am or longer. No phones in the room to call front desk. Call from website went unanswered. Didn't want to leave the room to confront the idiots.

The property location was wonderful and the outside looked nice...if you didn't look too closely. I wish we had been more aware of the tired and shabby and rather stinky areas inside before we booked our room. Staff was lovely but our room was dark, smelly, old. We slept all night with the sliding door opened to give us some fresh air. The towels in the bathroom were old and beat up and would have been better put to use drying your wet dog or your car. Breakfast was just ok even though they had an omelette station. My husband's was undercooked and runny but not worth even complaining about by that time. The whole place needs a full refresh and airing out. Will not stay again.

Only suggestion was the musty smell in the room, which we brought to the attention of the front desk. They appreciated the feedback and are working on correcting the situation. Otherwise it was a beautiful place to stay and in a great location, very close to the Peninsula Park entrance and close to the towns of Fish Creek and Sister Bay.We really enjoyed our stay. Also, we tried to check into our room early and it wasn't available, but they called us when it was which I thought was a nice touch.

Room was clean. Tiki bar was a good time. Breakfast could be done better, omelet station had old pans and we all only got scrambled eggs because the kid couldn’t make an omelet in crappy pans. Bar tender inside was great.

The whole lodge smelled like nursing home, it would be super easy to put a glade air freshener in the hallways. All of the areas felt old and out dated. There was no conveniences, we only had decafe coffee, no vending machines. The room was outdated, the bed was ok and clean, the tv was small, for the room and the tv didn’t work if everyone was using the satellite, the bath was nice and clean, but the surrounding areas were molding. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Facility interior was beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing. Everything we ordered at the restaurant/bar was excellent, both the food and drinks. Would love to stay there again.

Friendly and attentive staff, comfortable beds, good enough for the basics. Yes, its a little outdated if that bothers you but we weren't there to just stay around the hotel and room. Beautiful view outside of Sturgeon Bay and close to the shopping areas.
