The queen bed upstairs is not a queen…must be a full as we have a queen at home & this was much smaller & too tight for 2 regular size adults! Both of the front bedrooms need a bedside table or nightstands to put night time necessities such as water, Kleenex, nighttime meds, etc. The upstairs shower needs a clean shower curtain & new, clean shower liner & brighter light bulbs...

"We had a great weekend at Blackridge Cabin. The property is beautiful, very clean, and up to date. We had everything we needed and more. If you forget something, don't worry, because Kathy probably already has it in the cabin! There are toiletries in the bathroom, supplies in the kitchen cabinets, and fresh farm eggs in the fridge! There is free firewood and supplies to get it started. We enjoyed some of the outdoor games and watching the animals. We will definitely be back!"

"We wanted a place “to get away from it all.” We got our wish and then some. The cabin is beautifully decorated and clean yet so very comfortable and quiet tucked into the hills of gorgeous Southeastern Illinois. We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the cabin. We also got out and saw some of the sites and natural beauty of the area. The hostess thinks of everything. We will be back."
