We were harrassed by corporate. Hotels.com helped with early arrival. A msg from corporate wanted extra money, they reached out after hotel.com confirmed Staff was wonderful, but corporate kept texting me!

Rented two rooms for the week my coworkers room had cockroaches all over. Took the front desk several hours to give him a new room. Mine was mildewy but clean. Also no USB ports any where in the room and a real lame breakfast.

Advertisement on line said free breakfast! Clerk said no breakfast. No explanation why not. In room flyer said breakfast 6 to 9 am. Both check in clerk and check out clerk limited English. Room unkept and dated. Mattress not comfortable at all. This was my first and last stay at a travel lodge.
