Business trip

Comfortable hotel and well positioned but felt like a ghost town. Hardly anyone there. Coffee facility in the room would have been nice but drinks in the minibar were included in the price.

Acceptable if u need to be in the area

Big rooms, welcome minibar once for the stay, close to few restaurants and the U bahn. Apart from these there really isn’t any positive to the hotel. Basic breakfast and service (not even an electric kettle in the room).

Wir hatten die Junior-Suite gebucht und waren mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider war es ziemlich kalt und es brauchte tatsächlich ein kleines elektrisches Extra-Heizgerät. Schade war außerdem, dass beide TV nicht funktionierten :-( Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber leider nicht direkt helfen (es gab scheinbar im ganzen Haus IT-Probleme mit den TV´s). Trotz allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem reichhaltigen guten Frühstück. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder ...

Das Hotel liegt ideal zum Musicalbesuch. Es ist viel Liucht und Schatten. Dass Personal ist freundlich die Lobby ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, das Bett bequem, die Bar ist am 1. Tag umsonst ; es gibt aber deutliche Mängel. Der große Fernseher geht nicht, nach Rückfrage ist das wohl im ganzen Haus so. An der Badewanne sind große Schimmelareale, die Elektroinstallation ist zum teil Kaputt. Es wird wohl im Haus renoviert und wir hatten wohl ein altes Zimmer

Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Musicals. Man muss das Hotel zum Besuch des Musicals nicht mal verlassen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Die Dame am Empfang war super herzlich, hat uns kurz auch etwas zu den Degus erzählt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Riesige Auswahl, genug Platz und sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Restaurants, es dürfte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Wir haben uns für den Pub entschieden und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Bei Ankunft kein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption,war in der Pause ,keine Vertretung.Check in ab 15.00 Uhr schlecht. Hatten Musical um 14.30 Uhr ,konnten uns nicht frisch machen.Sollte verbessert werden .

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Im 15 Stock hatte man einen tollen Ausblick. Einziges Manko: Etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Sonst sauberes schönes Bad.

House keeping was horrible. Booked a mini suite for 3. Was only set up for 2. Asked front desk to correct came back late and front desk said they could do nothing. So no pillow or bedding for third person. They gave us a portable heater and pillow off of lobby chair Next day after complaining, still no bedding. Nothing till third night

Wir müssen glutenfrei essen. Bei Nachfrage konnte uns die Frühstückdame nicht sagen, ob bestimmte Lebensmittel glutenfrei sind. Die Ausschilderung war nicht immer vollständig. Die Dame hat sich aber bemüht, uns Optionen zu bieten.

Frühstücksauswahl war gut, jedoch kein Auge für Details. Beschriftungen am Müsli waren veraltet und nicht mehr lesbar. Deko-Obst beim Kuchen runzlig. Sogar verschimmelte Beere auf dem Teller. WLAN ging im Hotel nicht, daher auch kein TV möglich. Zimmer (Junior Suite) war sehr abgewohnt. Sauber aber optisch „schmutzig“ Fliesen & Fugen im Bad sahen dreckig aus, waren aber hygienisch sauber. Loch in der Zimmerdecke wo früher wohl der Fernseher hing. Sofa ebenfalls mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig.

Bett: Überzug sauber, innen Hundehaare Zimmer: viel zu heiß, klimaanlage defekt Hotel: wird als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Unfreundliche "Gaste". Man könnte ein wenig mehr Dankbarkeit erwarten... Ein Extrapunkt für die Freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter, die wohl für den Zustand nichts können.

Ich kann eigentlich nur Gutes berichten. Ein Stern Abzug, denn der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schlecht und die Kühlung im Zimmer auch nicht besonders. Zum Glück war es draußen nicht so warm. Denn auch das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Nicht mal auf Kippstellung. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und man konnte gut schlafen. Die Minibar war mit fünf Flaschen ausgestattet, diese konnte man kostenfrei genießen. Bis auf den einen Stern Abzug wegen Wasserdruck, Klimaanlage und Fenster kann und muss ich nichts bemängeln. Das uns bedienende Personal war sehr freundlich. Das einzige was noch besser gehen würde, sind die Parkkosten. Waren von Mittwoch bis Freitag dort und mussten 40€ kosten. Ich denke, das wäre wohl kostengünstiger möglich gewesen. Plätze sind genug vorhanden.
