Ok airport hotel

Ok hotel for a night close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to a large road with lots of traffic so quite noisy. Easy to park and ok breakfast.

Very nice hotel indeed. Great atmosphere in the bar/lobby area. Calm but vibrant and well presented. 5 min taxi ride from the airport (€15). Polite and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and nicely styled. Some tea and coffee making options in the room would have been very welcome and more plug sockets for charging.

Not for the business traveler.

Ana at the front desk was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The room, however, was nothing more than a box with a bed, TV, and a bathroom. No desk, no desk chair, no closet, no fridge, no microwave, and no kettle. Horrible to try to do emails in the room. This is not a hotel for the business traveler.

Not even ok, many improvements needed

Wifi worked very bad. A noice from some machine was destroying the night. The breakfast us not ok, not kept fresh, dirty on tables and missing pans with egg and rest they intended to serve.

Wochenende in Stuttgart

Für eine private Reise haben wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, ein Welcome Drink wurde angeboten, das Frühstück lecker und der Rest war auch super. Kaffee oder Tee gibt's die ganze Zeit über kostenlos. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hotel reagiert nicht auf E-Mails und Anfragen

Schlechtes Hotel, unfreundliche Personal. Es wurde eine Kaution von meiner Karte ohne meines Wissens abgebucht. Die Rechnung ist erst beim Checkout erstellt, so dass es erst später auffielt. Auf die E-Mail Anfragen und Nachrichten über Buchungsportal reagiert Personal gar nicht. Bei der Nachfrage vor Ort ein arrogantes Verhalten.
