The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly the only issue I had was the bed was really hard and low to the ground and the hotel could use some pillows that are firmer

Nice room, convenient location

Nice hotel conveniently located to family. Great water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed a beer in the bar. The only downside was my room smelled like cigarettes. Happy the German windows tip.

Worth the extra drive.

Clean room, nice view if the park. Comfortable bed, although I cannot get used to the split mattress. Bar tender was overwhelmed and spoke very little english. But did a great job despite it. 15 minutes out of Stuttgart it was an excellent value.

Good for one night stay on business trip. Small but good parking garage. 10,- EUR per night ok rate. Room good size, work area and coffee maker, noisy road below, nice view (room 1011). Elevators small and did not feel quite ok, noisy/shaky.. Breakfast good, no place to sit outside unfortunately. Same at dinner although beautiful evening.. Restaurant a bit boring.. Good green restaurant just across with terasse. Park area outside. Shopping center close by. Overall an ok hotell, however price high prob due to exhibitions in the area.

Was the Amber Hotel until August. Will be refurbished soon. Currently a little outdated but kept very clean with all the usual bathroom complementaries. Friendly helpful staff in all areas. Receptionists fluent in English. Bottle of water each day and silent fridge. Parking outside but there is a charge, and hotel is right on the edge of the central park Window rattled when on latch and building site over the road started at 7.30am so disturbed sleep but not the hotels fault. Breakfast €12 was a wide range of breads, cheese, cereals, etc with cooked eggs, bacon, hash browns. Note that few eateries are open on a Sunday so advise to have the hotel breakfast that morning as the cafes nearby on the main street that do open start after 10am and appear to be frequented only by middle aged men.

This hotel is in a great location with very good staff and offers an outstanding breakfast buffet. Parking lot next door, pleasant rooms and the hotel is currently in the middle of a renovation program - highly recommended.

Family occasion

The hotel was OK, nothing more. Staff were generally fine although one member of staff needs customer service training as a matter of urgency. It was expensive and didn't deliver anything exceptional to warrant the expense.

Not at the right level

Hôtel 4* but with a real refurbishment need. Still in the 90° Some renovation on going but sorry it is not acceptable to rent room not finished and with some work sur on going un the bathroom. You have to stop thé booking of the floor, finish and rent again after. My colleague paid the bottle of water because the tap water was orange. Sorry it’s not normal when you pay 100€. However the restaurant and the staff is fine.

Séjour dim.14.12. au mardi 16.12.: L'eau brun du lavabo et de la douche le 14.12. le soir. J'ai emporté un verre de cette eau à la réception et on m'a dit: il faut laisser couler l'eau. J'étais dégoutée. Pendant la nuit un odeur égout dans la salle de bain. Je me suis plainte lundi 15.12. Sans me demander, mis spray d'ambiance dans ma chambre. Car je suis allergique, je n'ai plus pu rester dans la chambre. Déménagement dans une autre chambre (pas chambre conforte pour laquelle j'ai payé). J'ai essayé l'odeur dans 4 autres chambres avant, le couloir sentait aussi très fort. A cause de mon allergie, je suis tombée malade: nez et cou bouchés, la peine à respirer. Comme excuses: un bon pour un repas le lundi (offerte à 17h mais j'étais invitée le même soir). Alors: j'ai payé trop pour une chambre standard, j'étais dégoutée par l'eau brun, j'étais malade à cause d'un spray. Vous ferez quoi à ma place????
