Reception closes at 20,00 o’clock even in a regular days. Late arrivals needs to be clever enough to ask specific instructions beforehand, so that you are able to get in after 20,00. Breakfast was good and breakfast service was also friendly. Bed was good, so worries when it comes to sleeping. Hotel is located in a middle of industrial area.

I think it is a new property and they haven't gotten it figured out yet. After a three night stay, key complaints: - No soap or shampoo provided first night- dispensers were empty - Hot pot, but no mug or glass to actually make any drinks the first night I stayed (I used my own travel mug). Later nights a cup appeared, but the instant coffee packet I had used was never replaced, nor was the tea bag even though I stayed several nights. - Only one towel in the bathroom - The only two pillows on the bed were the size of sofa cushions - When I put my suitcase on the bed it tracked some dirt onto the sheet. Two days later that dirt spot had been brushed into a smudge, but I kind of thought they might change the sheet when it was obviously dirty. - Walls are very thin and almost any activity on the floor could be heard clearly at night even with the door closed. Everything is brand new and looks chic. I expect they will figure out how to operate a hotel but they were probably still learning during my stay. -

sehr schlechte Dienstleistung

es gab für eine Spätanreise keine Kommunikation und der vweprochene Code für den Einlasss kam weder per besprochener mail noch als SMS, so dass ich Nachts um 0.45 kein Zimmer hatte und auch mit den ausgeschilderten Telefon Nummern niemand !!! erreichbar war. Tolle Nacht im Auto verbracht. Auch ein Tag später keine Nachricht oder Entschuldigung, toller Service !! Rückerstattung vom Haus nicht erhalten .

Modernes, kleines Hotel. Sehr wohnlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Da die Rezeption bei meiner Abreise nicht besetzt war, konnte mit einem vorher mitgeteilten, persönlichen Code der Zimmerschlüssel aus einem Schlüsseltresor eigenständig entnommen werden. Somit war alles sehr unkompliziert. Freundlicher Service und eine Übersichtliche, aber gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Alles in allem noch ok. Hotel ist offenbar nagelneu, gelegen in einem eher weniger schmucken Gewerbegebiet. Ambiente wie in einem Musterhaus, vordergründig gehobene Ausstattung im Detail lässt diese meiner Meinung nach allerdings etwas an Qualität vermissen - zB Bettdecke, Kopfkissen. Im gesamten Haus herrscht ein sehr strenger, aufdringlicher Geruch nach frischem Teppich bzw Lufterfrischer. Negativ aufgefallen - Reinigunspersonal betritt morgens um 8 Uhr ohne Klopfen oder sonstige Ankündigung das Zimmer und entschuldigt sich nicht einmal.
