About this property
3 Bedroom character property
- Situated in a quiet Hamlet is our lovely property which was built around the 1780’s.
Downstairs you a have a newly decorated large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. There is also a shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs are 3 newly decorated bedrooms. Bedrooms 1&2 have sky lights and twin beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed with window overlooking the garden.
There is also a private garden area to the side of the property with an awning and seating area to enjoy the beautiful French weather.
Within the grounds is a communal swimming pool of 8m x 3m, which is shared with the other gites on site.
The whole property sits within 2acres of land and is surround by countryside where you can go for scenic walks or bicycle rides.
You have many attractions within an hours drive from the property such as Cognac, Angoulume and the many chateau’s that are around this area of Charente.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux, toujours disponibles,dans un cadre sympathique, la piscine est un atout de plus .La maison est superbement décorée et très fonctionnelle.

Séjour très agréable
Dommage que les propriétaires ne parlent pas mieux le français... Nous voulons bien faire des efforts... mais nous sommes quand même en France.
Lorsque nous avons signalé un lit cassé, le propriétaire a réparé dès que nous le lui avons signalé.
Nous avons eu le code WIFI... mais le village est trop isolé et nous n'avions pas de réseau (sur 2 réseaux différents).

Verblijf in Suaux
Wij vonden dat de slaapkamers benauwd en warm waren zonder mogelijkheid tot ventileren. Daarnaast was de toegang tot de douche erg nauw +/- 35 cm, was de afvoer niet berekend op de watermassa waardoor overstroming. Verder lekwater vanuit de douche naar de keuken. Tenslotte erg smalle bedden. (twijfelaar 140cm)
Toegang tot toilet matig. Geen ruimte om je te keren. Ventilatie kan eenvoudig opgelost door losse ventilatoren te plaatsen

Logement agréable avec piscine
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans un gite avec 3 chambres, très propre et fonctionnel. Il y a d'autres gites sur la propriété, même propriété, avec une piscine commune. La propriétaire, seule pour l'instant, à beaucoup.à faire, mais elle est charmante. Elle attend avec impatience le reste de la famille pour avoir un peu d'aide.
Seul bémol : le coin est paumé, loin de tout.
