"Extra friendly staff, personalized service, and a beautiful house with amazing accommodations. "

"Fantastic place! Breakfast was so delicious I wish I could have eaten more. The place has a lot of really wonderful details- the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, great shower, great hairdyer, even the shower gel smelled amazing!"

"A very peaceful place in green area surrounded by threes of fruit we could eat. We were met by Marc who made us feel home. Beautiful new renovated room with nice decor. Breakfast was good with selection of eggs, ham and type of bread. We had the best pizza ever down in the city nearby. "

"Great place to stay, felt rustic yet upscale. The location put you within a 45 minute drive of many Tuscan sights and towns. The restaurant offered some of the best dinners we had in Italy with a true farm to table experience. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions for the area"

"Wonderful place to stay for part of our honeymoon! The staff were wonderful and so helpful. There is so much to do within the village and the food was amazing. We will be back!"

"Our host was very attentive and lovely. She invited us to a very nice evening wine party on-site aside of a small lake. It was quite charming. It was also nice to see the vineyards and olive trees. One downside was no A/C as advertised, but we had fans. Still very quaint."

"Enzo is a fantastic host! The wine tasting was fantastic and we purchased wine to go! I definitely would stay here again, the hospitality was above and beyond! "

"We had an amazing stay at this property. The pictures do not do it justice - it is tremendously beautiful. Marco and team were warm, welcoming and incredibly generous. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will be back!"

"Lovely location and villa. Perfect for a getaway and to explore surrounding area. Pietro and his family were warm, welcoming and I appreciated their help. "

"Beautiful place"

"Pros: Het contact met de eigenaresse, de gastvrijheid, het heerlijke eten en de ruime keuze hierin. Het zwembad was prachtig om aan te vertoeven en in te zwemmen. De kamers zijn heel netjes en schoon. Het ontbreekt je echt aan niets. We raden een verblijf hier ten zeerste aan. Cons: De wifi was soms wat wankel maar met een matrasje in het zwembad en een goed boek heb je die ook eigenlijk niet nodig :)"

"We stayed there for our honeymoon and I highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Lots of space and the view was amazing. "

"The villa was an incredible location for our group to enjoy a quiet and relaxing weekend away. Francesco our host was very helpful and accommodating during our stay as well as before during our planning the trip. I would highly recommend the villa in Sansepulcro for any type of group outings!"
