Excellent Property! Will definitely stay here, anytime in the area! Very clean, nicely redone/remodeled room! Owner even offered to brush the snow off my car, and very friendly!

I stay in Pinedale a lot for work. This place is really easy to get into / out of, and the staff has been really nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a little bit older hotel, but seems well-maintained. Breakfast isn't big, but enough to get you started for the day.

We needed place before and after our 5 day backpack trip. Sun dance provided a clean, convenient, affordable place to stay, and the owner is ver friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast, which is included, was one of the best I have had. There was an assortment of both fresh hot and cold items.

Customer service was amazing

We found our stay at Kodiak Mountain Resort to be superb! We can clearly say that this is a 5 star resort. Upon entering, we found it to be very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and having the fireplace at our feet was so convenient. The shower with a two shower head was so nice and felt wonderful after being outside in the cold temperatures. We would highly recommend staying here and plan on returning.

This is an intimate inn with lots of service and friendly staff. The housekeeping "play with 2 bears which are artistically positioned after they play, It was fun to return the fun by our own version of the room bears. What a unique interplay. Nothing was too great to request even when dealing with a sick child. Will definitely return to this inn. Many thanks.

Our stay at the Mountain Lodge was wonderful! We will definitely be staying again. Very quiet and peaceful.

Very beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds and the rooms are cozy. Smaller “suites” than most hotels and definitely lots to work on to give guests a five star resort experience. Our stay felt extremely understaffed. Lots of miscommunication. And we were often looking around for staff that were nowhere to be found. Empty “lobby”, no one in valet, The layout of the main building is extremely badly designed. The “spa” is a couple of rooms in a hallway. There is no conviene store or five star...

Hotel Jackson will exceed all expectations you have for this type of hotel. All personnel, regardless of assignment, are commited to excellence and helping in any way possible. I was amazed at the level of professionalism everyone had. We would be back in a second. Great job.
