"Vieux-Viel ist ein kleiner und sehr ruhiger Ort. Für uns war es als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region ideal (Mont St. Michel, Avranche, St. Malo, Cancale, etc...). Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Frisches Gebäck haben wir bei den Bäckern in Pontorson bekommen. Egal wo, die Leute waren immer super freundlich :-). "Very close to Mont St Michel. The hotel itself is nothing special but it's functional for one night. There was no support for the shower head and no shower curtain. Something they should fix. There are decent dining options nearby though. "

"IT MIGHT HELP TO TELL,GUESTS THAT THE STAIRWELL LIGHTS ARE REGULARLY OFF AND THAT ARE ARE LIGHT SwITCHES ,IN THE STAIRWELL, TO TURN THEM ON.Being able to pay on arrival is helpful.The hotel is a bit:snug,i.e.: a charming old house,however:snug."

"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? "Hosts are very friendly but it is a bit Strange that the Roms are in their own House so you are litterally Living under same roof as them. Besides that, we enjoyed our short stay but would probably go with a hotel next time. "
