"The hotel was overall okay, but I personally would not stay here again mainly because of the location. While there is a nearby subway line, most main attractions — especially areas like Haeundae — were still over an hour away by transit, which made getting around quite time-consuming. The staff were polite, but communication was difficult at times as there was very limited English spoken or understood, making it challenging to get clear answers when needed. "Great facility. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and there's a convenience store right inside. Location is out of the way from the rest of Busan, but otherwise it's awesome."

"Hotel is in a good location near plenty of food. It can get a bit rowdy at night. Everything was clean and staff was fine. The main issue I had with the room was that the AC did not work well. I set it to 18C and it was ineffective."
