"Beautiful and clean room, very comfortable bed. Pool open til 11pm but I was refused entry at 10:30pm as the wristband registration person had already gone home. Unacceptable. FYI Pool doesn't allow any swimming gear such as goggles, floats. Found staff to be neutral to unfriendly for the most part (I found myself shocked when I came across someone friendly). Difficult to call front desk from the room as their alexa based system was offline (no phone in room). Resort fee does not include...

"Close to freemont st,restaurants.."

"It was centrally located near the bus to the airport and also the DEUCE that takes you straight to the strip for 2.00. The hotel is old and smells a bit musty but the staff was nice. I enjoyed by stay and would stay again. If you are a light sleeper. ask for a room away from Fremont street since it is incredibly LOUD!!"

"We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

"Rooms weren't ready upon arrival, once we checked in they weren't the cleanliness I expect from Marriott. The staff never answered calls from our room phones, we had to physically walk down to the lobby any time we needed something. AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...

"Working on the roof above our room every day at 6:30 an"

"Floor room not clean and bathroom and service not help me first come for request late check in tell me not available u name with hotel and more late 15 minutes and I ask more 1-2 hours about free or charge say me no no I don’t liked not more time with hotel"

"Toe nail in the bathroom was so big it should have been charged partially for my stay."

"We liked the little grill in the casino for food it was good but the rest not good at all"

"The staff were amazing. Very nice and helpful. The Mini golf was an added plus. Our room was clean and nice. The lobby had a funny smell, but when we walked to Fremont street, it had the same smell, so I think it's a sewer issue in that area. I would definitely stay here again."

"Initially it’s confusing when you arrive as it seems like 3 hotels all in one . Thunderbird hotel, Motel 8 and the hostel. I arrived late at around midnight , the staff were a bit ‘rough’ but I got checked in, no problem. The main issue I ran into was that the rooms have storage containers for your stuff BUT YOU NEED A SPECIAL PADLOCK. I had to go back to check in to buy one BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT ! So now my stuff was not secure, which when you are sharing with 5 strangers does not make you...

"Great Hotel with Great Amenities"

"Everything was fine."

"Shower didnt work, no hot water in bath or shower, fridge was leaking and not working. Comforter was dirty."
