"Lovely oldy worldy boutique hotel full of character. Awesome building full of history. Wonderful cocktail bar and restaurant in the "dungeon". Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was good for a single traveller, which was what i was. Clean and warm. I would definitely use again. My kind of place but may not suit everyone."

"I would absolutely stay here without hesitation if I come back to Bucharest. The rooms are fairly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The airport shuttle was prompt every time I used it. There’s two restaurants. I ate at both and they were both great!"

"The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days. In the standard room with a balcony there is a kitchenette that does not include a sink but the bathroom is directly off of the kitchenette making it easy to do dishes with the supplied soap and sponge. We only used the pool once during our stay as we had excursions planned but it was kept clean and there were plenty of towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered and the attending staff was amazing. The property offers parking but since we were coming and going we took our chances with public parking which was not much of an issue, you may just have to walk a short bit and make sure you pay daily to avoid a ticket. There is graffiti around giving a somewhat intimidating feel but the area is wonderful and everyone was courteous and friendly. We did encounter homeless folks who used an alley that lead to the public parking to relieve themselves but otherwise kept to themselves. Overall great stay with easy check in and out. The security guard we encountered upon arrival was very helpful. Although we did not have any issues it appeared that someone was always available at the front desk. "
