"There are some really lovely things about this hotel, including the wonderful gardens, a great pool and a fantastic breakfast. However, for a five star hotel, my deluxe room felt very basic and the bathroom was cramped with no windows and no storage space. The most disappointing thing was the staff. Our experience was extremely mixed we had a very good initial welcome but then a waitress for supper at the pool bar was dismissive and very unfriendly and that was the experience...

"It's a nice area that's walking distance to the main roads and visitor centre. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty spacious. There's also a fruit water station right at the entrance and sometimes snacks as well! Best of all, the AC in the room was amazing! It was a real game changer given this summer's heat wave."

"Hotel it’s advertised as having a parking , and it was full! Lo they don’t specify that they charge for the parking , this should be in the information of the hotel! And not for the guest to find out on arrival, full information regarding parking should be disclosed!"

"Nice hotel 20 min away by bus or taxi from Center Ville of Aix-en-Provence. It has a nice lobby bar and they offer breakfast. Rooms are renovated and nice sized. It has a nice pool."
