Great rooms; super clean and updated. Check in was super fast and awesome customer service. Beds are super comfy. Didn’t eat at the restaurant here but it smelled amazing! Great continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only 7 minutes walk to the Big Nickel. Parking is just outside of our room, we can see our car from our room window. Breakfast was good. It would be better if they serve egg omelette and sausage too. There were sliced loaf bread, bagel, strawberry jam, cream cheese, butter, coffee and apple. It’s ample filling to the tummy.

The bed was fantastic. Definately worth the upgrade extra fee. Quiet, sound proof room. The continental breakfast was quite good - muffins, toast. Bagels, hot and cold cereals. Coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, yogurts and fresh fruit. Quite an impressive spread.
The bed was beyond comfortable. After spending 4 nights in other moreks/Inns - this stay was the absolute best.
Such a big room, yet soundproof and the beds were extra comfortable.
Very clean and sweet washroom.

Usually, because they are the only staff that you see, the receptionist is friendly. The fellow at the desk was anything but that - indifferent would be a good word. I sneezed about five times and not a word of concern not even an acknowledgement of my presence except to process my card and give my key.

Building is getting much needed upgrades. Room is as clean, beds were checked and clean sheets and blankets were used. Room had no smell and air conditioner was put on before we arrived (which was great because we were in a heatwave). Hallway had a smell I couldn’t identify, but it didn’t come into the room. Other then that, staff at sign in and sign out were both great.

Not for people with mobility i8ssues !!

Too many stairs- not recommended for people with mobility issues. No elevator. No trolleys to wheel luggage. People should be advised about these issues !!! Bed is too bouncy- if your partner hiccups, it is felt !!!!

Staff was excellent. Room was in a hallway that smelled horrible and the place was very old and in need of an update badly.

Check-in was very easy. The gentleman who was working at the desk was very polite and helpful. He accommodated my request to park my motorcycle in a well lit and visible spot, and he even accompanied me to my room.

We loved the amazing service and food at the adjoining restaurant. After arriving, we learned there was NO breakfast offered since May this year however Expedia and Bookings.com both still advertise breakfast included!! We went to Cora's and got a superb breakfast. The receptionist was willing to cancel our reservation if we wanted to look but we were too tired after a long trip.

I booked the wrong day accidentally!! They wouldn’t answer Expedia’s attempts to change the day! When I called to change the date they wouldn’t. Each one is blaming the other so my money is not being returned by either party!! When I went into the property the minute I made the mistake, the front desk person was Very cold & mean looking. No empathy that I was lost with no money or room in a new city! Very upset…. I’m never booking through Expedia or the any Econo Lodges EVER AGAIN
