"The room was basic, does the job. Pillows could use some improvement, felt like they were 20 years old, we were laying on multiple pieces of fluff, suggest getting new pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful however it would be nice to have a point of contact overnight. We were kept up by extremely loud neighbours and it would’ve been nice to have a staff member to help with this situation. Overall, it was okay and did the job well."
