"The property is in an excellent position, convenient for everything, the guy running it was very, very helpful throughout, if you want luxury this is not the place for you BUT we enjoyed it very much and would recommend this for anyone looking for a good base to get around. Would defo book again based on it the fact it met our needs and we had lovely time exploring and finding our way back easily 😊"

"We were very pleased to stay at Toni's guesthouse. Toni was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, and staying with him certainly sweetened our visit to Dubrovnik. The listing is accurate. Pool and breakfast were delightful. Our room was on the smaller side, which is fine for a couple of nights. Parking is available in a secluded by adjacent parking lot at the city's Zone 3 rates -- plan to turn right through an archway a bit before the main walking-only entrance to Toni's guesthouse....
