"when i checked in, staff already had my papers to check in, it was late at night about 9pm. he was very nice and suggest us to do different things in Nuremberg, gave us train schedule and city map. breakfast was awesome, the coffee maker is excellent. "Bed extremely uncomfortable, pillows and duvets flat. Standard rooms are smelly and dark, very dingy. Upgraded (so we thought) after seeing first room to the loft room. Room renovated, but not the bathroom nor the beds/ bedding. False advertising. Drain in shower didn’t drain and shower small. Rooms are hot and noisy outside so having window open isn’t great at night. Way overpriced and overall very dissatisfied with my stay.
