"Check in was horrible. The young girl was very rude. She was outside somewhere originally. When I walked in no one was at the counter and I just waited there thinking someone was possibly in the back or helping someone. Once she walked inside she walked behind me and around the corner to the counter and I said hello. She never greeted me. In fact minutes go by and she said “you say something?” I said, I said hello. She said oh and sat down. A few more minutes go by and she said do you need something. She was rude and unprofessional the entire time she checked me. She was sarcastic and said oh I didn’t know if you were here for groceries. Being that it was 10pm and we were exhausted I did not escalate the situation and because she looked like a child, maybe 18. However, that’s no excuse to tolerate this behavior as a company and she should be properly trained if she’s going to be in hospitality. Everyone else was good. The person at the front the next day was pleasant and the room keepers were very nice. Breakfast could’ve been warmer but that’s not a huge deal. I can obviously see this young lady was a fluke however she put a very bad taste in my mouth for holiday express and I don’t think we’ll choose them again. "

"The check-in process was easy. The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was equipped with many essentials as well as any other parts of the house. The pictures in Vrbo are pretty accurate. The house is beautiful and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent from start to end. The pool opens April 1 and we scheduled before the pool opened but we still had a great time! We would probably book it again."

"It was clean and quiet and good place for 3 friends to hike and rest (off-season visit). Most places were less than 10 minutes drive time so location was very convenient."

"Such a beautiful view of the lake. Very easy to get to and near major shopping for groceries. 2nd time at this location with multiple stays at the lake yearly before Covid and have to say best views by far of the lake after 20+ visits to the Osage Beach area. Only complaint is the parking stall to the right by the neighbor with a pickup truck who tends to park on the line making it tight to navigate. This was experienced both times at our stays over the last 2 years between visits. The condo was clean and adequate for a few nights stay as we stayed during the off season this time which might have been at the end of a busy 2025 and the host hasn't made upgrades yet. Host could do some updates to the kitchen dishes and utensils as they are starting to show use....the manual can opener wouldn't function due to age and use and needs replaced and no hand soap in the pump by the kitchen sink or bottle available to refill. She was very receptive and thankful that we brought to her attention that the bathroom shower tub was dripping and needed repair. Certainly not trying to be negative to this property as it's a beautiful place in a great location. We would certainly stay again and hopefully will as the views are amazing and the condo is very comfortable with adequate space for a family. "
