"Not worth the amount you pay"

"The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out of the Jets when I turned it on eventually did clear out. It also leaked at the Spicket, causing water to run down onto the carpet. There was food against the wall that had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for towels as soon as we went in as there was only one big towel, a washcloth and one hand towel and two of us. No extra toilet paper no tissues. Had to ask for those. The breakfast wasn’t bad. It consisted of cereal, pancakes, bananas, yogurt, milk, mango juice and coffee. Parking was good n well lit. "

"Best place I have ever stayed. The details are insane on this house. Comfy beds, Games galore, close to the entertainment of Osage Beach. The movie theater chairs with the surround sound SONOS system. They were heated and massaging chairs. The Pool was under construction but I gotta respect an owner that is spending a ton of money on the house to make it that much better. You can tell they put thought into every detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "

"The condo was great for our needs. View was beautiful, weather was great, furniture was comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. We had a very nice time in the area golfing and checking out local attractions and state parks.Would stay at this condo again!"

"Room was semi clean and bedsheets seemed new or at least clean. The whole property is just really run down and reminded me of a summer camp horror movie. "

"Great cabin on the lake in Osage Beach. Patrick was amazing to work with and we loved our time there."

"The check-in process was easy. The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was equipped with many essentials as well as any other parts of the house. The pictures in Vrbo are pretty accurate. The house is beautiful and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent from start to end. The pool opens April 1 and we scheduled before the pool opened but we still had a great time! We would probably book it again."
