Most of the many windows face south and have tree top views of Cannon or/and Lafayette Mountain. The property has beautiful landscaped gardens, a large yard with apples trees and a field, a fire pit and a private patio area and is located just five minutes from the town of Franconia and I-93, ten minutes from the ski slopes of Cannon Mountain and about twenty-five from Loon and Brettan Woods.
