Fresh and Bright Newly Remodeled House near everything Fun!
10/10 Excellent
"The house was cute and clean. Our children loved the Açaí joint right beside the house. They went every day. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. House was well decorated. Wish it had just 1 more bathroom but it managed to work w our adult children. The extra room was great. My daughter could have space to put on her makeup. One of our best family vacations. We’ll be back."
"Everything was perfect. This house fit our needs to a tee. We were less than 5 miles from everything we came to New Smyrna Beach for. The pool was amazing. Recommend 100% and hope to be able to travel back again. We will definitely use this house."
"This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious and well landscaped. We booked this room last minute (the afternoon of) and were welcomed by the owner with a phone call within minutes of making the reservation. I highly recommend coming here to unplug from the world and to enjoy a stylish and modern spin on 1883 living. "
"Cute property with a fenced yard and very nicely renovated interior. Host was very responsive to questions prior to booking and during stay. Would stay again!"

"We are 8 friends coming from several parts of the East Coast for our annual reunion! We stayed in many places in Florida, but this place and its host exceeded our expectations. Cindy was an awesome host, surprising us with beverages, snacks and fruits upon arrival. The house was clean and beautiful with lots of room for our group to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house was supplied with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We spent most of our days in and around the pool and covered patio enjoying the awesome scenery. We felt like we were in our own private world since you can’t see any of the neighboring houses. The grounds were well cared for and we would watch the deer stroll through the backyard each evening. Cindy and George were easy to reach on a moment’s notice and proved to be wonderful hosts! We would highly recommend this house and host! Thank you, Cindy, for a wonderful vacation. This place is definitely a keeper!!!"
"Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!"
