"I arrived before check-in time to see if room was ready. It wasn't but the staff started working on it and fit it ready quickly. Mattress was a little lumpy but i slept soundly and was completely rested the next morning. "

"First impression is that the "hotel" is run down and abandoned. Hotel advertises a bar on site, the bar was shut down with no one around. Had to call two phone numbers provided at the reception desk before someone picked up and told me they were coming down. When the clerk showed up he said "I only have one room for one person" despite the fact that online my reservation was clearly advertised to be for two people; and both my husband and I were in front of him. He kept insisting to "go have a look", and kept repeating " I have one room". No mention of upgrading to a different room was also made in person, while there seemed to be options online. The whole situation seemed very sketchy, and the "hotel" seemed very unsafe. When I asked for a refund as I had pre-paid, he said : " I wouldn't charge you" and turned around and ran inside the elevator even though my husband and I were still talking to him. I had to call Expedia and get a refund through them. The most unprofessional and rude interaction I've had in my life. "

" Cabin was clean and comfortable, we spent a lot of time outside around the camp fire. Cabin is close to Rickets Glen State park for fishing and hiking. "
