The location was great and the cabin was amazing and had everything we needed definitely perfect for a relaxing get away, we will definitely stay here again if we ever head to big bear again!"

"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"

She offered no apology, no partial refund, and no Effs. She then lied about extra fees for more than 2 guests, and for pets when her site explicitly gives the same price for 4 people and up to 2 pets.This host is NOT ethical or fair."
