3/5 - Okay
Close to Big Bear but not the nicest of residential areas there. The access to San Bernardino National Park was great.

The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts ...

If you want peace and quiet, you’ll find it here. Tucked away deep in Sugarloaf, there were times in the evening my ears would ring because of the complete lack of noise. My dog and I could walk the streets and never see a car driving. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures, everything worked ...

One of the only trips I’ve ever taken where I wish I would have spent more time at the accommodation than out and about. Really cozy yet spacious lodge with a lot of character. Thrilled with our booking and hope to come back soon!

Met some really nice people and had some great food. We went to check out some homes and cabins for sale.
Not much here. But not too long off a drive away from restaurants and bars, etc
Very nice area
Didn’t really explore much of sugar loaf, but it’s nice and quiet. Most of the activities I did were in big bear city by the village
First time for us, despite living in San Diego for ~ 2 decades. Nice mountain town vibe, 3 hours door-to-door. Will definitely be returning.
