Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

"This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"

"The location was perfect. Excellent for walking to the tourist areas within the wall and close to restaurants. Face/wash cloths and dish drying towels would have been nice. The balcony was also a great place to just sit, socialize and relax."

"For a property that states it has a restaurant. There was no food for dinner. Nothing around the area. We had to get a taxi to the next town, to get dinner. Bar closes at 9pm as well"
