"Guests have to pay for the rooftop pool and there are periods to be in there. Each period is an hour. This is to limit the numbers of guests. Im okay with that but 60 buck (Cad) per time seems to be unreasonable to me. Breakfast seems all right but not too delicious. Not a lot of items for more than 50$ per person. Lastly the hottub. The hot water seemed to be stucked therefore we got mostly just a little of the cold side or no cool water at all."

"The hotel is well located for easy travel to and from Kansai Airport. Namba train station is right next door for train connections and there's also a bus terminal that connects the airport directly (50 minutes). The rooms are very clean and you get daily supplies of complimentary water, tea/coffee and espresso machine too. Multiple elevators for easy access, I was on the 28th floor which offered a great view of the city night and day. The bathroom is great with the button controls and the power shower is great too."

"Very nice hotel Very spacious rooms for Japan The staff was great. The lobby had nice places to sit and relax very close to the train station and the action."

"If you check in early the hotel holds onto your luggage which is super helpful. The room sizes were very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring. Only downside was the elevator has it would create a line during check-ins or checks out as it always stops on the second floor, which is the reception area."
