"Overall, I had a good stay, and the staff throughout the rest of my visit were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and were always willing to help.
However, my first day was disappointing. During check-in, I didn’t know that I had to scan my room key in the elevator before selecting my floor because it was my first time using that type of system. Instead of simply explaining it, the front desk employee laughed while showing me, and other people nearby laughed as well. It made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.
I understand that this may seem like a small thing, but not every guest is familiar with every hotel’s procedures. A little patience and kindness can make a big difference. Aside from that first experience, the rest of the staff were wonderful, and I truly appreciated their excellent service."
