This charming holiday home is located in a quiet environment and offers space for up to 19 guests in five residential units. It is ideally suited for families, couples, groups and solo travellers who want to combine relaxation and proximity to the beach. The sea is only about 250 metres away, and various beaches - from fine gravel to concrete bathing platforms to a sandy beach - are conveniently accessible.



The holiday apartment presented here on the top floor is approximately 50 m² in size and offers space for up to five people. It features two cosy bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a dining table, sofa bed, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster – ideal for self-caterers.



From the dining area, you can access the approximately 20 m² terrace, which is partially covered and equipped with seating furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol. Here you can start the day relaxed or enjoy mild evenings outdoors.



The additional equipment includes air conditioning (heating and cooling), SAT-TV, WiFi, bed linen, and a private parking space directly at the house (partially covered). A baby bed is available upon request. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed (for a fee).



The estate is looked after by friendly hosts who are happy to assist you with advice and support. In the garden, there are fruits, vegetables, and a cosy sun terrace with a lawn for relaxation. After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower with warm and cold water provides refreshment. A barbecue facility can be used by arrangement.



The environment offers excellent infrastructure: A supermarket and a bakery are located only about 200 metres away, restaurants and cafés can be reached after a short walk. A bus stop is located 250 metres away, and the airport is approximately 7 kilometres away.



In the vicinity, you will find numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, beach volleyball, cycling, or jogging along the coast. For adventurous guests, trips for rafting or climbing are available, while culture enthusiasts can explore nearby towns and nature parks.
