This  new, adorable stone Villa it is located in the area of ​​small town Sukošan in the Zadar County region. Beautiful stone architecture of this Villa, with recognizable Dalmatian touch will give you a perfect private vacation.This charming villa is located on the ground floor. Villa Jurenda provides accommodation for up to 6 people. It consists of one master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a double bed. The 2 bathrooms include a shower, a bidet and other necessities like a washing machine and a hair dryer. Furthermore, guests have a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances at their disposal for the preparation of delicious meals for loved ones, as well as a cozy living room with an extendable sofa and a flat screen TV. The object has A/C, a heating system and internet.  The property is fully fenced and maximum privacy is guaranteed. Also in addition there is a large children's playground and heated pool as well as extra dalmatian tavern with seating dining  area and BBQ.

This was a great experience overall. The house was amazing, fully equipped and clean. The pool was also very nice, clean and spacious. Our host was the nicest lady. We arrived late and she was so nice to wait for us for the check-in and she also prepared for us some cold cuts and sweets and fresh bread, drinks and water. While we stayed there she came every two days to clean the pool and water the plants. When we left she gave us some small gifts to remember the villa and our visit in Croatia. The only thing to have in mind is that the location is 2km away from the city and there are no transportation options apart from walking or borrowing a bike from the villa, if you don't have a car. As a group of friends, we definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful experience at a great place with a lovely guest family. Danijela was always reachable and immediately helped with advice (to find local fish market) and other topics she could help with. Villa is exactly as shown on pictures and there is a lot of privacy as no other buildings close by. All facilities are super clean and of great quality as the villa has been renovated recently. Lot's of nice activities for kids available (volleyball, trampoline, ping pong, darts, soccer table). We would immediately book again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und auf den gesamten Grundstück von Kata. Das Haus ist wirklich mit Liebe gestaltet, man kann gut abschalten und hat alles was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Am besten man hat ein Auto, ansonsten ist der Supermarkt und das kleine Städtchen weiter entfernt, es lohnt sich aber dort einmal vorbeizuschauen. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen!
