"Check in was smooth. We liked the hotel and wanted to extend our stay for one night. Had to be moved to a different category room, which was fine with us. After being told two times they will call us back in the room and transfer us to The new room still nothing happened. We waited 2 hours in our room in the end got transferred to the operator where no one picked up the phone. After I heavily complained at the reception and requested the manager to explain that this is not how four star hotels...

"It’s an easy 10 minute drive from the airport to the property. They upgraded my room for free and it’s nice and spacious. Wi-Fi is a fast. The shower is a bit treacherous- water and a marble floor make it slippery. No hand towels either, just 2 large bath towels. The food at the in house restaurant is good. They have local and western options. The staff is friendly and helpful. They give me extra soap when I asked for it. "
