"Horrible location No reception staff"

"For my wife and I everything was perfect."

"Over-the-Moon Fabulous in Every Way! Palazzo Porta Picta was simply extraordinary—over-the-moon fabulous on every scale. From the moment we booked, the owner’s communication was perfectly timed, gracious and incredibly helpful. Her thoughtful recommendations helped us navigate Bergamo with ease and truly maximize our time there. She could not have been more considerate or welcoming. The Palazzo itself is spectacular—a wonderful marriage of old-world Italian luxury and modern whimsy. The...

"من أروع اماكن رحتلها فعلا يستحق الذهاب إليها والعيش فيها بس انتبه من شيء في ضريبة تقريبا ١٢ يورو لكل شخص انتبه انتبه انتبه ."

"We had a great experience staying at Academia Resort for our short stay in Bergamo. The room was comfortable for what we needed and had a great nights sleep after a long day of walking. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. From providing information of where to go for the sights to enjoying a buffet breakfast in the morning, everyone took the time to make sure we were ok. "My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. Close to metro and restaurants."

"They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne in the fridge , which was such a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to the metro, Duomo and shops. It’s such a convenient hotel😊"

"Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive."
