"The kids went straight to the water and before we even checked out the house, plans were being made for our next vacation here and renting this property. Waterfront property, fire pit, beautiful garden, completely fenced in yard for the pups, separate sleeping quarters above the garage for those who want to retreat from the kiddos, we had absolutely nothing but great things to say about this property. We will be back!"

"We loved the quiet getaway this cabin provided. It was very clean. We were able to easily explore Acadia (both MDI and the Schoodic peninsula) from here. The location is quiet and the porch is so peaceful! We loved the chairs out there. Our hosts were quick to respond when the dishwasher ran all night and pooled water. "Everything was great. House was very clean. As noted in description there is a second house on the property that is located between you and the water. No one was there so it was just fine, not sure if someone was staying there how it would be. Ability to access kayaks whenever we wanted was a nice touch."

"Fantastic views of the beautiful bar harbor coast line, less crowded and quiet environment for a more relax atmosphere. We had a great time, though the kitchen close a bit early but 6 mins drive to village you will have plenty of options through the midnight. "
