"The property was “as advertised”. The location is excellent with private beach access and is walking distance from restaurants. We had a great experience and it was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The host communicated well and everything went smoothly."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but the house is in need of repairs and a new HVAC system. The AC can’t keep the house cold and there is moisture everywhere especially in a few of the bedrooms. The bedrooms also need blackout curtains. The kitchen could use a refresh as well."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home on Sullivan’s Island! It was perfect for our extended family—spacious, clean, comfortable, and right beside the walkway to the beach. We loved the porch and spent a lot of time out there and on the deck. The location was fantastic - walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We’d definitely stay here again!"
